Why make a Will?

Making a Will is the ideal way you can ensure that your assets will be distributed according to your wishes, after you die.

If you die without making a Will, everything you own will be distributed according to Tasmanian law. Not only may your wishes be overlooked, but the legal procedures required to finalise your estate can be time consuming, complicated and may cause your family unnecessary expense and worry.
